Because I have Opinions and I wanna share.

Before I start, I'm a completely self-taught writer. That means, amongst other things, that I go by instinct. Which has far less hard-and-fast rules, in my opinion. Basically, just... three.

( Rule 1: You can get away with anything if you have a good enough excuse. )

( Rule 2: Don't tell your potential reader not to read your story. )

( Rule 3: 'Mary Sue' is a useless criticism. )

So there you have it. Corru's rules of writing: hashtag yolo edition. (You only live once, write the story you want to tell.)
